Goran is the CEO and founder of Data Tech International. He designed the Sales Data Controller (SDC), a concept adopted by Belgium’s Ministry of Finance in 2009. As a global consultant for legal and technical certification of invoicing systems, Goran advised the implementation and certification of Sales Data Controller systems. He has collaborated with multiple Tax Authorities to introduce the remote audit of sales receipts and invoices, the technological innovation which triggered the online cash register movement worldwide.

Goran was awarded with several contracts to write legislation and manage fiscalization projects for Ethiopia, Rwanda, Fiji, Samoa, Serbia and the Republika Srpska (Serbian entity in Bosnia) and is actively conducting research on the advancement of fiscal device technology development. A proud co-author on Digital Invoicing Customs Exchange (DICE) for preventing MTIC and VAT frauds between jurisdictions, Goran is continuously working to further his research and publish papers on the subject.

Ivan has been developing software for the last 25 years, starting as a .NET software developer and trainer and ultimately becoming a Software Architect in charge of designing and building mission-critical systems for a variety of industries.

Today, he plays a key role in steering our product and technological vision and strategy. As the CTO and Product Owner, Ivan spearheaded the development of TaxCore, ensuring our solution for tax fraud prevention is cutting-edge.

Ivan fosters collaboration within teams, creating an dynamic and agile environment where ideas are freely exchanged and innovation and constant improvement thrive.
